Insurance & Self-Pay

A clear conversation before you begin.

Before scheduling ongoing sessions, payment options can be discussed so you understand what may be covered, what may be self-pay, and what fees apply to administrative requests.

Insurance

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), United Healthcare, and Aetna. Please confirm benefits with your insurance provider prior to your first session to verify therapy coverage, copays, deductibles, and any client responsibility. For clients with out-of-network benefits, we provide superbills upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. We recommend contacting your provider to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits before beginning services..

Self-Pay

Self-pay options are available for clients who prefer greater privacy, flexibility, or choose not to use insurance. No referrals, prior authorizations, or diagnosis requirements just quality care on your terms. We accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards. Payment is collected at the time of your session.

Thoughtful care

Payment should feel clear, not confusing.

The goal is to make the process as simple and transparent as possible, so you can focus on the work that matters most.
